Today, we're going to change the Air Filter on a Stihl MS180 Chainsaw. First of all use a flathead screwdriver to unlock the shroud. You can now remove the shroud from the machine. Lift the air filter from the machine and completely remove it. Place your new air filter in position, make sure it's seated correctly. Now place shroud back onto the machine. Then use the flathead screwdriver to lock the shroud in place. That's how you change the Air Filter on the Stihl MS180. All the parts & tools needed for this task are listed in the description below.
