Today we're going to replace the fuel filter on a McCulloch Mac 338 Chainsaw. Firstly unscrew the cap where the fuel tank is located at the rear side of the chainsaw. Then disconnect the fuel cap. With a hook, pull out the fuel line that connects to the fuel filter. Remove the fuel filter. Then place the new filter securely into position. Insert the filter back into the tank. You can additionally check the o-ring for damage and replace if required. Then tighten the fuel cap. That's how you replace the fuel filter on a McCulloch Mac 338 Chainsaw.
