Please could you tell me if this would fit on my FS 90 as the one fitted is not long enough to allow me to fish it out through the filler opening to change the fuel filter in the tank like I can on my FS 70.

I am sorry that part is not listed for your machine. I have had a look on the parts diagram for your machine and it looks like the fuel hose is separated you can see it here on this diagram:
